For multi-pet households, anxious cats, car-sick puppies, or senior dogs with joint stiffness, crowded clinic waiting rooms can trigger severe stress and exposure to contagious pathogens. The Home Paravet Booking workflow in PetEYE MyPet lets you schedule cold-chain verified doorstep booster and deworming visits directly from your pet’s dashboard.
Step 1: Open the Service Selection & Vaccination Modal
- Log in to peteye.pet/mypet and select the pet due for a booster or deworming dose.
- On the Overview tab, tap the Services icon to launch the Service Selection Modal.
- Select Book Vaccination (or Book Deworming) to open the booking form.
Step 2: Choose Vaccines & Verify Pin Code Coverage
- PetEYE automatically filters the available vaccine catalog based on your pet’s species (Canine or Feline). Select the required booster (for example, Anti-Rabies, DHPPi + L, Kennel Cough, or Tricat).
- Enter your residential 6-digit pin code. The system checks live paravet zone coverage to confirm doorstep availability in your neighborhood.
- Enter your complete flat number, building name, and street landmark.
Step 3: Pick Your Appointment Slot & Track Order Status
- Select your preferred date and morning or evening time slot and confirm your booking.
- You can track the live status of your appointment under Vaccination Bookings on your pet’s profile (from Order Placed and Paravet Assigned to Completed).
Step 4: Doorstep Cold-Chain Check & OTP Completion
When the assigned paravet arrives at your home:
- They carry vaccines in a temperature-monitored cold-chain carrier to preserve potency.
- After the booster is administered, share the completion OTP sent to your phone so the paravet can mark the visit complete in their portal.
- Your pet’s vaccination ledger and next-due reminder calendar update automatically.
