How to Complete Vet OTP Verification & Upload Vet Records

PetEYE distinguishes clearly between Self-Declared owner entries and Clinically Verified veterinary records. Using the Unified Medical Vault and the 2-Step Vet OTP Handshake in PetEYE MyPet, you can digitize every prescription and have your attending veterinarian cryptographically attest your pet’s identity and vaccination status during a routine checkup.

Part 1: How to Log Vaccinations, Deworming & Prescriptions

1. Sign in to peteye.pet/mypet, select your pet, and switch to the Records tab.
2. Open Medical Records and tap Add Record to open the Unified Record Form:
   • Vaccinations: Select your pet’s species (Dog or Cat) to load the standardized vaccine dropdown (Anti-Rabies, DHPPi, Leptospirosis, Coronavirus, Kennel Cough, or FVRCP). Enter the date administered, batch notes, and upload a photo of the vial sticker or clinic page.
   • Deworming: Enter the deworming date and weight. PetEYE’s automatic calculator computes the next recommended deworming due date based on your pet’s age bracket.
   • Blood Type & Diagnostics: Log canine DEA 1.1 Positive/Negative or feline A / B / AB blood groups under the Blood Type card, and upload lab reports or X-rays to your cloud vault.

Part 2: How to Complete the 2-Step Vet OTP Verification

When you are at the veterinary clinic for a booster shot or general examination, you can upgrade your pet’s profile to Level 2 (Vet-Verified) in less than 60 seconds:

1. Open Settings -> Verify Pet (or tap the verification badge on your pet’s profile header).
2. Select the Clinic: Search the Approved Veterinary Clinics list. If your neighborhood clinic is not yet listed, tap Request to Add Clinic to submit their details for onboarding.
3. Send the OTP Request: Tap Request Verification Code. PetEYE dispatches an automated SMS verification code directly to the clinic’s registered veterinary phone number.
4. Confirm the 6-Digit Code: Ask your attending veterinarian for the 6-digit code after they inspect your pet and vaccination booklet, then enter it into the OTP input screen.

What Unlocks After Vet Verification?

Once the OTP check succeeds, your pet’s Digital ID displays a verified clinical trust badge, giving boarding facilities, airlines, and municipal authorities confidence that a licensed veterinary practitioner has examined your pet in person.
