Travelling with a dog or cat on Indian Railways First AC (1AC) or domestic airlines requires a complete folder of vaccination certificates, Fit-to-Travel clearances, ticket copies, and owner Government IDs. PetEYE MyPet streamlines paperwork with two built-in tools: the On-Demand PDF Certificate Generator and the Travel Compliance Dossier.
Part 1: How to Download the 6 Instant PDF Certificates
Whenever you need a clean, printable A4 record for an apartment RWA, municipal application, or boarding facility, open your pet’s record in peteye.pet/mypet and launch the Certificate Preview Modal. You can generate and download six standardized self-declared PDF certificates in one click:
- ARV Certificate (Anti-Rabies Vaccination for Pet Dog Registration): Formatted specifically for municipal dog licensing with owner declaration, pet identification marks, and vaccination dates.
- General Pet Vaccination Record Certificate: Covers core and non-core vaccines with batch notes and next due dates.
- Deworming Record Certificate: Documents internal parasite prevention dates and weight.
- Flea & Tick Preventive Certificate: Proves ectoparasite protection prior to kennel boarding or daycare entry.
- Clinical / General Medical Record Certificate: Summarizes diagnostic history and clinical notes.
- Acquisition & Ownership Self-Declaration Certificate: Establishes formal custody and origin details.
Part 2: How to Build a Train or Flight Travel Dossier
- Open your pet’s profile in peteye.pet/mypet and go to Settings -> Travel Compliance.
- Select the TRAIN tab (for Indian Railways First AC coupe/cabin travel) or the PLANE tab (for domestic flights), then tap + New Journey.
- Enter your origin city, destination city, travel date, and PNR or booking reference to create a draft dossier.
Step 3: Attach Required Travel Documents inside Dossier Detail
Click on your upcoming journey card to open the Dossier Detail checklist and complete each item:
- Link Vaccination Record: Select your pet’s active Anti-Rabies and core vaccination entries directly from your Medical Vault.
- Fit-to-Travel Examination: Request a new veterinary fitness examination or tap Reuse Previous Fitness Certificate if an active certificate is still within its validity window.
- Upload Ticket & Protected Gov ID: Upload your confirmed PNR ticket and your Government ID into the encrypted document slots.
Step 4: Share or Publish Your Ready-for-Travel Dossier
Once all required documents are attached, the dossier badge turns green (Ready for Travel). Tap Share Dossier to generate a verification link, or toggle Publish to Public Profile so railway parcel clerks or airport check-in counters can verify your compliance folder by scanning your pet’s collar tag.
